Kumamon Self Introduction
My name is Kumamon.
2011年3月の九州新幹線全線開業をきっかけに生まれたんだモン。
I was born right after the starting of Kyushu Shinkansen on March 2011.
ボクの仕事は、身近にあるサプライズ＆ハッピーを見つけて、全国のみんなに知ってもらうこと。
My job is to make sure everybody from the whole country know me and surprise and happy to see me.
熊本だけでなく関西や関東にも出張して、熊本のおいしいものや大自然を熱烈アピール中！
I went to Kansai and Kanto to introduce Kumamoto's delicious food and beautiful nature.
こんど知事から熊本県の営業部長に抜擢されて、ますますはりきってるんだモン。
I was very excited because I have been promoted to sales manager.
ボクが大好きな熊本のことを、みんなにもっともっと知ってほしいから、これからもどんどん会いに行くよ！

One thing everybody can see in Kumamoto is Kumamon, a PR mascot for Kumamoto. It was cute and captivates everybody. In my office, from the old to the young, man to woman, all like the Kumamon very much. So, the result was that you can Kumamon in pratically everywhere.
